Beasiswa ADik Kemdikbud, Mahasiswa Papua Wajib Tahu

Pada masa yang penuh hiruk pikuk proses pendafaran kuliah bagi para siswa lulusan SMA, tentu saja ada banyak program beasiswa bertebaran untuk membantu para calon mahasiswa. Beasiswa Afirmasi Pendidikan Tinggi (ADik) pun akan segera hadir kembali di tahun 2024 ini.

Dilansir laman Puslapdik Kemedikburistek, beasiswa ADik merupakan salah satu komitmen pemerintah dalam bidang pendidikan tinggi kepada lulusan SMA, SMK, MA, dan sederajat yang mengalami kesulitan dan keterjangkauan akses pendidikan tinggi karena kondisi dan lokasi geografis. Sebelum pendaftarannya dibuka, yuk persiapkan diri dengan mengenal beasiswa ADik Kemdikbud!

Jenis Beasiswa ADik Kemdikbud
Pada dasarnya, jalur penerimaan program ADik terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu Jalur Tes dan Jalur Non-Tes. Peserta yang ingin mendaftar Jalur Non-Tes harus sudah lolos seleksi masuk perguruan tinggi akademik maupun politeknik melalui SNBP, SNBT, maupun seleksi mandiri kampus. Adapun jenis beasiswa ADik adalah sebagai berikut:

1. ADik Wilayah Papua: Ditujukan bagi calon mahasiswa yang merupakan putra/putri daerah wilayah Papua.
2. ADik 3T: Ditujukan bagi calon mahasiswa yang merupakan putra/putri daerah tertinggal, terdepan, dan terluar.
3. ADik ADEM & TKI: Ditujukan bagi calon mahasiswa putra/putri Papua yang telah mengikuti program ADEM (jenjang sekolah) dan anak pekerja migran Indonesia.
4. ADik Mandiri: Ditujukan bagi calon mahasiswa yang merupakan anak Papua, tetapi tinggal di luar Papua.

Tidak hanya keempat jenis di atas, ada pula Beasiswa ADik Difabel yang ditujukan khusus bagi para penyandang disabilitas. Informasi penting mengenai jenis beasiswa tersebut dapat kamu dapatkan melalui laman adik.kemdikbud.go.id.

Persyaratan Beasiswa ADik Kemdikbud
Beasiswa ADik Kemdikbud tentunya memiliki beberapa komponen persyaratan yang perlu dipenuhi oleh para pendaftarnya. Berkaca dari penerimaan beasiswa ADiK tahun lalu, syarat dan ketentuannya adalah sebagai berikut:

1. Merupakan Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI);
2. Siswa SMA/sederajat yang akan lulus pada tahun berjalan maupun yang sudah lulus 1 tahun sebelumnya;
3. Terdaftar pada SIM ADik dengan Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK), Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional (NISN), dan Nomor Pokok Sekolah Nasional (NPSN);
4. Berasal dari 3T, anak TKI, maupun Orang Asli Papua (OAP) sesuai dengan UU Nomor 21 Tahun 2001 tentang Otonomi Khusus Bagi Provinsi Papua;
5. Lolos seleksi penerimaan mahasiswa baru di PTN atau PTS dengan prodi terakreditasi A maupun B (khusus C dimungkinkan dengan pertimbangan tertentu) atau lolos Tes Seleksi ADik berbasis dokumen hasil akademik dan non akademik /rapor), dengan ketentuan: – Calon penerima ADik dari daerah 3T dan anak TKI dapat memilih perguruan tinggi di dalam maupun di luar provinsi – Calon penerima dari Wilayah Papua harus memilih perguruan tinggi di luar Provinsi Papua, Papua Barat, Papua Selatan, Papua Tengah, Papua Pegunungan dan Papua Barat Daya;
6. Nilai rapor rata-rata untuk 6 mata pelajaran yang sesuai dengan jurusan untuk calon peserta seleksi paling rendah yakni 75;
7. Pemeringkatan calon penerima ADik dari hasil seleksi didasarkan pada nilai 6 mata pelajaran, dengan ketentuan: Jurusan IPA ( Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Kimia, Fisika, dan Biologi), Jurusan IPS (Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Sosiologi, Ekonomi, dan Geografi), Jurusan Bahasa (Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, Sastra Indonesia, Antropologi, dan salah satu Bahasa Asing), SMK (Matematika, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Inggris, dan Kompetensi Keahlian);
8. Memilih maksimal 2 perguruan tinggi dan maksimal 2 prodi di tiap perguruan tinggi (total maksimal 4 prodi), pilihan perguruan tinggi dan prodi menyatakan prioritas pilihan;
9. Penentuan penerimaan mahasiswa ADik dilakukan oleh pemimpin perguruan tinggi;
10. Jika tidak diterima di prodi dan kampus pilihan, calon mahasiswa bisa memberikan kewenangan kepada panitia seleksi untuk memilihkan prodi dan kampus sesuai minat;
11. Jika sudah ditetapkan lolos seleksi Beasiswa ADik pada tahun sebelumnya, calon mahasiswa tidak diperkenankan mengikuti seleksi ADik lagi.

Tata cara pendaftaran Beasiswa ADik Kemdikbud
Jika tidak ada perubahan dari skema pendaftaran tahun lalu, maka alur pendaftaran ADik bagi para peserta akan berbeda sesuai dengan jalur masuk masing-masing. Berikut adalah tata cara pendaftarannya:

1. Sistem online Afirmasi Pendidikan Tinggi yang digunakan pada pendaftaran ADik Tahun 2023 adalah melalui SIM ADik;
2. Buka dan akses laman https://adik.kemendikbud.go.id pada masa pendaftaran ADik dibuka;
3. Alur pendaftaran:

a. Peserta Jalur Tes didaftarkan oleh pemkab/pemkot melalui SIM-ADik secara online atau offline.
b. Peserta yang lolos SNBP mendaftar mandiri melalui SIM-ADik secara online.
c. Peserta SNBT mendaftar mandiri melalui SIM-ADik, cantumkan nilai UTBK.
d. Siswa Wilayah Papua yang sekolah di luar provinsi mendaftar secara mandiri melalui SIM-ADik.

Hingga kini belum ada informasi resmi mengenai skema pendaftaran beasiswa ADik tahun 2024. Namun, tahun lalu masa pendaftarannya berkisar di tanggal 19 Mei-19 Juni 2023. Meski demikian, sebaiknya tetap persiapkan diri sebaik mungkin agar ketika pendaftaran sudah resmi dibuka kamu bisa langsung mendaftar.

Ministry of Education and Culture’s ADik Scholarship, Papuan Students Must Know

In a time full of hectic college application processes for high school graduates, of course there are many scholarship programs floating around to help prospective students. The Higher Education Affirmation Scholarship (ADik) will soon be back in 2024.

Reported on the Puslapdik Kemedidikburistek page, the ADik scholarship is one of the government’s commitments in the field of higher education to high school, vocational, MA and equivalent graduates who experience difficulties and affordability of accessing higher education due to geographical conditions and location. Before registration opens, let’s prepare yourself by getting to know the ADik Kemdikbud scholarship!

Types of ADik Kemdikbud Scholarships
Basically, the admission route for the ADik program is divided into two, namely the Test Route and the Non-Test Route. Participants who wish to register for the Non-Test Route must have passed the selection to enter an academic college or polytechnic through SNBP, SNBT, or campus independent selection. The types of ADik scholarships are as follows:

1. Papua Regional Students: Intended for prospective students who are sons/daughters of the Papua region.
2. ADik 3T: Aimed at prospective students who are sons/daughters of underdeveloped, frontier and outermost areas.
3. ADEM ADEM & TKI: Intended for prospective Papuan male/female students who have taken part in the ADEM (school level) program and children of Indonesian migrant workers.
4. ADik Mandiri: Aimed at prospective students who are Papuan children, but live outside Papua.

Kemdikbud ADik Scholarship Requirements
The Kemdikbud ADik Scholarship certainly has several component requirements that need to be met by applicants. Reflecting on last year’s ADiK scholarship acceptance, the terms and conditions are as follows:

1) Is an Indonesian citizen (WNI);
2) High school/equivalent students who will graduate in the current year or who have graduated 1 year previously;
3) Registered on the ADik SIM with a Population Identification Number (NIK), National Student Identification Number (NISN), and National School Identification Number (NPSN);
4) Coming from 3T, children of TKI, or Indigenous Papuans (OAP) in accordance with Law Number 21 of 2001 concerning Special Autonomy for Papua Province;
5) Pass the selection for new student admissions at PTN or PTS with A or B accredited study programs (only C is possible with certain considerations) or pass the ADik Selection Test based on academic and non-academic results documents/report cards), provided that: – Candidates for ADik recipients from the region 3T and TKI children can choose universities inside or outside the province – Prospective recipients from the Papua Region must choose universities outside the Provinces of Papua, West Papua, South Papua, Central Papua, Mountain Papua and Southwest Papua;
6) The average report card score for 6 subjects corresponding to the major for prospective selection participants is the lowest, namely 75;
7) The ranking of prospective ADik recipients from the selection results is based on the scores of 6 subjects, with the following provisions: Science Department (Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Chemistry, Physics and Biology), Social Sciences Department (Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Sociology , Economics, and Geography), Language Department (Mathematics, Indonesian, English, Indonesian Literature, Anthropology, and one of the Foreign Languages), Vocational School (Mathematics, Indonesian, English, and Skills Competencies);
8) Choose a maximum of 2 universities and a maximum of 2 study programs in each university (maximum total of 4 study programs), the choice of college and study program states the priority of choice;
9) Determination of ADik student admissions is carried out by higher education leaders;
10) If not accepted into the chosen study program and campus, prospective students can give authority to the selection committee to choose the study program and campus according to their interests;
11) If it has been determined that they have passed the ADik Scholarship selection in the previous year, prospective students are not permitted to take part in the ADik selection again.

Procedures for registering for the Kemdikbud ADik Scholarship
If there are no changes from last year’s registration scheme, the ADik registration flow for participants will be different according to their respective entry routes. Following are the registration procedures:

1) The Higher Education Affirmation online system used for 2023 ADik registration is through the ADik SIM;
2) Open and access the https://adik.kemendikbud.go.id page when ADik registration is open;
3) Registration flow:

 Test Path participants are registered by the district/city government via SIM-ADik online or offline.
 Participants who pass the SNBP register independently via SIM-ADik online.
 SNBT participants register independently via SIM-ADik, include UTBK scores.
 Papua Region students who study outside the province register independently via SIM-ADik.

Until now there has been no official information regarding the 2024 ADik scholarship registration scheme. However, last year the registration period ranged from 19 May to 19 June 2023. However, you should still prepare yourself as best as possible so that when registration is officially opened you can register immediately.
