P A G A R A S Pagaras (Papua Garis Keras) merupakan lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk menghimpun potensi berbagai pihak yang terkait isu Papua
Sebanyak 266 Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) di lingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Papua telah resmi dialihkan ke Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertahanan Nasional (ATR/BPN) setempat. Pengalihan ini merupakan bagian dari kesepakatan bersama yang telah disepakati sebelumnya. Asisten Bidang Pemerintahan Setda Provinsi Papua, Yohanes Walilo, menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya telah memberikan pengarahan kepada para pegawai mengenai pengalihan ini agar mereka dapat memahami sebelum akhirnya bekerja di tempat yang baru.
Para pegawai saat ini sedang menjalani masa magang di Kementerian Pertanahan Papua sambil menunggu masa CPNS berakhir pada Desember 2024. Tujuan dari pengalihan ini adalah untuk memastikan para pegawai dapat lebih nyaman saat bekerja di tempat yang baru. Hal ini juga merupakan bagian dari pengembangan karir para ASN ke tempat tugas baru, diharapkan para pegawai dapat memberikan kontribusi positif di kementerian yang kini menjadi tempat tugasnya.
Pemprov berharap agar para pegawai dapat cepat beradaptasi dengan tugas baru, bekerja dengan baik, dan memberikan kontribusi positif untuk pembangunan Papua ke depan. Semua langkah ini diambil demi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik dan efisiensi birokrasi di Provinsi Papua.

266 Papua Provincial Government CPNS Officially Transferred to the Ministry of Lands
A total of 266 Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in the Papua Provincial Government have been officially transferred to the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) locally.
This transfer is part of a mutual agreement that was previously agreed upon. The Assistant for Governance Affairs at the Papua Provincial Secretariat, Yohanes Walilo, has provided guidance to the employees regarding this transfer to ensure they understand before commencing work at their new location.
Currently, the employees are undergoing an internship at the Ministry of Land in Papua while waiting for their CPNS period to end in December 2024. The aim of this transfer is to ensure that the employees are more comfortable working at their new location. It is also part of career development for civil servants to new duty stations, with the hope that employees can provide positive contributions to the ministry where they are now assigned.
The Provincial Government hopes that employees can quickly adapt to their new duties, perform well, and contribute positively to the future development of Papua. All these steps are taken to improve the quality of public service and bureaucratic efficiency in the Province of Papua.
